Vietnam attends international tourism fair in Berlin

The Vietnam National Tourism of Administration (VNAT), the Vietnam Tourism Association, and 20 travel agencies will attend the International Tourism Fair to be held in Berlin from March 8-12, 2006.

Vietnam has registered a showroom covering 168m² to introduce the country, people and its land through the image of a 7m-high nha rong (Communal House) in the Central Highlands.

Under the framework of the programme, Vietnamese participants will hold a press conference to introduce National Action Plan on Tourism for the 2006-2010 period.

The fair is the world’s biggest annual tourism event with the participation of 180 nations and territories.
