They were very happy to all tours, transportations and meals. Thank you so much for arranging me such a wonderful tour around Cambodia Heritage in 5 days/4 nights. Nothing can be said about the sight-seeings and the services. Cambodia was so beautiful and strange with an unique structure I had never seen before. I was told about the history of the capital Phnom Penh, National Museum, the Silver Pagoda…But I could not imagine how fabulous it was. All of them are the most outstandings for the Cambodian culture. Everything in the Cambodian aspects were revealed by the magnificient guide with such a fluent English. Thank my guide for your care! Take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake was an unforgetalbe experience. I was definitely lost in the wonder land. The services were perfect in camparison with other travel agency in Orient which I had tried.

I am in America now, but I can not forget what I have had in Ha Long, it was very brilliant. Room booking and serving was very professional. I could feel that I was the cleanest and the most comfortable room in the hotels. I felt very relaxed although the housekeeping was very good. The Lagoon Explorer Boat  was very fashionable; the lobby and public area was very beautiful. I don’t know how much money I can spend in the restaurants. Its outlet was very eye-catching. The food was very good. In this tour, my own impression was my tour guide. Hoa was an expert in kayaks. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable experience. The extra cake and flowers made our honeymoon time more and more wonderful.

I have traveled to many places but Ha Long was the most exciting experience I‘ve had. I would like to thank you for your services which you offered. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable with everything I needed. How large it was for me to live! The boat was lots of places to be alone. In addition, the food is well-done. The cocktails were very delicious. Tour guide was very, very friendly to care about my safety and comfort. Serving on Lagoon Explorer Junk was fabulous with good drink. I could feel the ambiance, the relaxed atmosphere. I also could have time to be myself when swimming off the back of the boat. If I have a chance to be in Vietnam again, Ha long tour is the first choice I will make.

The receptionist was very friendly. I was in a very beautiful hotel. The lobby, the guest room was so nice. My room was decorated impressively with carpet, flowers… Ha Long Bay really attracted me for its beauty and fame. We came well home thru Malaysia and have been very busy since. But we promissed you a short report and comments on our beautiful trip thru your country and the two neighboring country. Here it is:
First we must thank you again for a well organized tour, showing many highlights. Also, we have to confirm that the tour guides you selected for us have been very punctual, very friendly and had sufficient knowledge of the place and customs to make us enjoy every day.
Huy for the Mekong Delta, Ensarun  for Phnom Penh, long cawt for Siem Reap,Wenhi for Houen Xai to Loang Prabang, Khamtam in Vientiane, Khang in Hanoi, Minh in Lao Cai, Nhung in Hue and Anh in Ho Chi Minh City, all have been doing an excellent job.Some were very knowledgeable in history like Ensarun and Nhung , which is always very appreciated by us.
The hotels were very confortable during the tours.We can especially recommend the Asia Hotel in Hue for its friendly atmosphere, its situation on the Perfume river, its comfort and breakfast.
Victoria hotel on the Mekong is also to be recommended for the same reasons.
Meals were mostly adequate, some excellent like the ones on the Huong Hai junk on the Ha Long Bay.
 In Ankor, before entering the temple area, It was very intersting break for taking photo. and enjoy the sunset at Phnom Bakheng .
In a summary, we really enjoyed both the way yourself and your staff organized and followed up our tour, how you friendly treated us as customers, we met many other friendly persons along the trip, we discovered the sceneries and features of cultures that made our tour a permanent emotion that we still enjoy.

The Hotels were lovely… I would say that the Metropole was the best, then Le Residence (both) next best, then the Caravelle then the Victoria ….
We really loved the Metropole the most… it’s lovely and the location is great as well as the facilities and service. 
Some of the highlights of the trip were Halong Bay … it was so beautiful…  and we really enjoyed the flowers and wine and cake… it was very memorable.
Our experience on the Junk was breathtaking – the view, service, meals, kayaking, cave & village tour certainly impressed us all
Going to the markets was also great fun…  the guides were great… very knowledgeable, accommodating and their flexibility was appreciated. 
Our journey to Mekong Delta was long, however very worthwhile – visiting the delta villages and the floating market was fascinating
Combodia is very nice and miracle , especially Angkor Wat , Angkor Thom , Tonle Sap.....

Now that we have been back for a week and had a chance to settle down in our daily routine, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for the perfect organization for our trip. Everything went without problem, all reservations were met, we even got upgraded in Hanoi , all tour guides were punctual and professional . Though their command of English was of varying degrees of fluency, they all tried hard and were courteous, friendly and helpful.
 
As a feedback, one of the highlights was the Ginger junk boat in HaLong Bay. Thank you for recommending it. The accommodations, staff friendliness and efficiency, food quality and quantity, visit programs ashore...were all beyond expectations.
For hotels, the Renaissance Riverside in Saigon was our favourite, followed by the Hanoi Opera Hilton . Great facilities, staff and location.
The Dalat Sofitel is romantic and beautiful,Hotels in Hue and Nha Trang were very nice with long coastline.
Sorry we did not meet you in person. You will remain the mysterious face behind emails and phone calls...but thank you again for a fantastic trip. I will undoubtedly direct friends to use your services.

 Accommodation: Exceptionally professional and friendly service. Extremely well organized on every short notice. Superb accommodation - Absolute luxury the whole way. Felt like a King and A Queen.Transportation & drivers: highly skilled drivers and all very friendly also willing to patiently stop and allow us to take photographs along the way. highly appreciative of the air conditioned vehicles.

 Suggestions: It would have been advantageous to know many different tour guides/drivers we would meet so that we could have brought them some South African souvenirs.

What a WONDERFUL HOLIDAY we had in Vietnam .  Although it is always nice to come home… we miss your beautiful country and it’s people very much. THANK YOU for making our holiday a memorable experience – everything you organized was perfect! The three Tour Guides we had did a great job, educational and always very entertaining. The bus, boat & air transport, hotels, tours, food venues meet our expectations and more. If we were to do the trip again….. I believe it was a perfect balance with a variety of boat, historical and religious tours, relaxation, cultural experience and of course time for shopping!

 Our experience in Halong Bay on the Junk was breathtaking – the view, service, meals, kayaking, cave & village tour certainly impressed us all. We believe that Pilgrimage Village Resort was a beautiful place to stay and once all of the building is fully completed will be the perfect quiet resort.  We especially loved the Whale Island Resort Experience – the children enjoyed ‘windsurfing’ and we all enjoyed the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle.  The Red Bridge Cooking School was great, not only did we learn how to cook Vietnamese style, we also had plenty of fun doing it!! The visit to the SOS orphanage and school was loved by all, for us it was inspiring to see the work that SOS is doing for the orphans – we felt blessed to have the opportunity to visit these smiley happy children and hopefully we brought a small amount of joy to them as well. (it was a very worthwhile part of our journey in Vietnam ). Our journey to Mekong Delta was long, however very worthwhile – visiting the delta villages and the floating market was fascinating.

 I know there is even more to mention – however I’ll leave that to some of the others who traveled as well…. I’m sure they will be happy to give you their special highlights!
